What private lessons look like

Weekly one-on-one time, built around each student and their learning style. We move at their pace, work on the music they want to play, and prepare for recitals and festivals when they are ready.

Pricing

Private Lesson Tuition

  • 30-minutes, once per week: $160/mo

  • 45-minutes, once per week: $200/mo

  • 60-minutes, once per week: $240/mo

  • One-time registration fee for new students: $40

Instrument Rentals

Regular practice is key. Piano students should have a keyboard or acoustic piano at home, and violin students need a properly sized instrument. We offer digital piano rentals at HeartStrings School of Music. And, I can help with violin rental recommendations.

While You Wait: Try Group Classes

Group classes are open, and honestly, they're a great place to start!

Students get more time at the instrument than they'd expect, learn alongside kids at the same level, more games movement and fun, and it costs about the same as a private lesson for 50% longer class time.

Fall sessions are enrolling now in piano, violin, and guitar. And, you can drop in and try a class for free before committing!
